Logging In
1. How do I log in to Get Connected?
You can log in to Get Connected by visiting jfscolorado.galaxydigital.com. Click the "Login" button in the top right-hand corner of the page to access the login screen.

2. How do I reset my password?
On the login page, click the “Forgot your password?” link and follow the instructions to reset it.

Logging Volunteer Hours
1. How do I submit hours?
Click “Add Hours” from the top menu. Select “+ Add Hours,” choose the opportunity (or enter manually), describe your activity, and submit.
Note: Do not log hours for guests or “plus ones.” 

Signing Up / Finding Opportunities
1. How do I find new opportunities in Get Connected?
Click the “Opportunities” tab on the left-hand menu. From there, browse all the current opportunities.

2. How do I use filters to search?
Use filters like Program, Date, Skill, or Family Friendly to find opportunities that best fit your availability.

3. How do I view or manage my scheduled shifts?
Click your profile icon (top right), then select “Opportunity Responses” to view your signups in a list, or “Volunteer Schedule” to view a calendar. Click an opportunity to view details, edit/unregister, submit hours, or check in/out.

Checking In and Out
1. How do I check in/out for my shift?
Option 1: Onsite Kiosk
Go to the kiosk, find your Opportunity and Shift, select your name, click “This is Me,” and click “Check In Now.” Return at the end of your shift to check out.
Option 2: Causer App
Open the Causer app, log in, go to “My Schedule,” and tap “Check In” or “Check Out” for your shift.

Cancelling Shifts
1. How do I cancel a scheduled shift?
Click your profile image or initials in the top-right corner. Select “Opportunity Responses” to view your scheduled shifts as a list. To cancel a shift, find the opportunity with the date you want to cancel and use the “Select an Action” dropdown. Choose “Unregister.” Confirm the cancellation in the pop-up that appears.
PLEASE NOTE: If cancelling within 48 hours of your scheduled shift, please call Volunteer Services at (720) 724-9332 and notify your staff supervisor.

Managing Your Profile
1. How do I update my profile information?
Click your profile icon and select “Edit Profile” to update your contact info, emergency contact, availability, and more.

2. How do I update my communication preferences?
Click your profile image or initials from the top menu bar. Select “Edit Profile.” Scroll to the Data and Communication Settings section and click “Manage My Preferences.”
